Due to recent CBN circular on identity verification, you are required to accept the indemnity below.

We take the issue of protecting your security very seriously.

Please Note: You require a hardware token to complete the acceptance.

You can walk into any Guaranty Trust Bank branch to obtain a token.

The Lender has agreed to grant a loan facility of ₦5,000,000 (Five Million Naira Only) to the Borrower for 12 months under agreed terms and conditions. The Indemnifier has agreed to indemnify the Lender against any loss arising from the Borrower’s failure to repay the loan. 2. INDEMNITY The Indemnifier hereby irrevocably and unconditionally agrees to: Indemnify and keep indemnified the Lender against all losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from the Borrower’s failure to repay the loan. Pay the outstanding loan amount, including any accrued interest, fees, or charges, immediately upon demand by the Lender.

3. GUARANTEE OBLIGATION The Indemnifier guarantees: Full repayment of the loan sum of ₦5,000,000, including interest and any associated costs. That this obligation remains valid even if: The loan terms are modified Additional time is granted to the Borrower The Borrower becomes insolvent

4. CONTINUING SECURITY This indemnity shall be a continuing obligation and shall remain in full force until: The loan and all related obligations have been fully repaid and discharged. 5. WAIVER OF DEFENCES The Indemnifier waives: Any right to require the Lender to first proceed against the Borrower before enforcing this indemnity. Any notice of default by the Borrower.
